Goals in either half from Matheus Motta and Dylan Peacock saw Boca beat Europa Point 2-1 this afternoon.
Aaron Edwards made one change to the side which drew 0-0 to Lincoln last week with Matheus Motta replacing Mattia Ramundo while Europa Point are still in search of their first win of the season.
Motta would give Boca the lead after eight minutes, before Dylan Peacock made it 2-0 in the 72th minute. Benjamin Dixon pulled a goal back for Europa Point in injury time but Boca were able to hold out for the three points.
Boca have once again come under pressure with questions being raised over a possible breach of the HGP rule. After weeks of confusion, it was confirmed that the team in question would have a five minute window to replace a HGP which has been sent off.
It is believed that the fourth official confirmed to the Boca team that the change made after James Parkinson’s red card was made within the five minutes despite reports of it being seven.
This win sees Boca rise into sixth while Europa Point remain in eleventh.
