Kike double earns Europa the three points

Europa striker Kike grabbed two goals to help seal a 3-0 win over Mons Calpe. 

Less than five minutes in and Europa took the lead, a cross was whipped in which found Kike who headed the ball past Fraiz. Europa kept pressuring, Joselinho picked out Kike with a low cross whose shot was cleared off the line by Jose Luis Otero. Shortly after Europa made it 2-0, Liam Walker delivered a corner which found Kike who volleyed past Fraiz. 

Mons came battling back, Pibe’s low driven shot was saved by Javi Munoz. Minutes later Munoz was called into action again, keeping out Renan Bernardes’ long range effort. Referee Glen Gilbert blew for half-time with Europa leading 2-0.

Mons Calpe upped their game and started to create problems going forward but were unable to test keeper Javi Munoz. Joselinho latched onto a through ball, ran on goal and dinked the ball over Fraiz but Otero made another goal line clearance to prevent Europa found making it 3-0.

80 minutes gone and Mons had a good chance to pull a goal back but Pibe’s header went just wide of Munoz’s goal. Few minutes later Fraiz pulled off an excellent save as he kept out Ayew’s effort on goal. In injury time Europa made it 3-0, Joselinho picked out Mustapha Yahaya who chipped the ball over Fraiz.

Shortly after Gilbert for the final whistle and Europa walked away with all three points which sees them move back on the top of the Premier Division.
